Guillaume Douillard joined Bignon Lebray in July 2022 in order to strengthen the firm’s capacity to deal with issues related to companies in difficulty as well as criminal lawwhich are increasingly faced by companies and their managers. 

It intervenes both at the judicial stage and upstream of it in order to enable its clients to deploy preventive procedures allowing them to limit their risks in these matters

He has been practising in these areas since he was sworn in, and also deals with litigation issues encountered by companies or their directorswhether in the context of amicable or judicial resolution procedures

Guillaume was recognised by Chambers Europe 2025 and by Décideurs in Litigation & Arbitration in 2024.
