The SCELL-IT France teams are joining Briconord to expand the Group’s offering and to establish a leading position in the French screws and fastening market.
Founded in 1988, SCELL-IT is a French family-owned company specialising in fastening solutions.
SCELL-IT is joining Briconord, a leading French player in the hardware and home improvement sector.
This strategic acquisition enables Briconord to strengthen its portfolio, which already includes brands such as Norail, Starblock, Interges, Cime, Cqfd, Louis Moulin, Nordlinger Pro, Easy Protect and Maclean.
Through this transaction, Briconord strengthens its position as a future French leader in the screws and fastening markets.
The UK, Polish and Italian entities of the SCELL-IT Group are not affected by this transaction. These entities will soon be consolidated to form a European specialist in metal fastening solutions.
