A strategic alliance in a fast-growing aircraft cabin market
Satys is a French industrial group and a world leader in aeronautical painting and sealing. The Group owns Satys Cabin, a specialist in the design and manufacture of aircraft cabin components, notably composite elements.
Le groupe UUDS is a designer and integrator of high value-added solutions aimed at enhancing the passenger experience in the aerospace sector.
This strategic acquisition will enable UUDS Aero to accelerate its growth and reflects strong synergies between the two companies’ activities.
This transaction confirms UUDS Group’s ambition to become a leading industrial player in integrated passenger experience solutions, built around capabilities in the design, manufacturing, certification, refurbishment, and maintenance of aircraft cabin equipment for both line-fit and retrofit programs throughout the aircraft lifecycle.
Satys Cabin will be renamed UUDS Cabin, and its teams will be integrated with those of UUDS to develop and design new products and solutions, while preserving the values of both companies.
