The team
Martin Charron joined Bignon Lebray in December 2019 as an associate in the Public Law department.
He advises public and private sector clients on the development of public and public-private projects, as well as on related regulatory matters.
He has particular expertise in public contracts and complex contractual arrangements (including concessions, public procurement, public property schemes and in-house structures), as well as in construction and urban planning (real estate structuring, development and construction projects, and operational issues relating to the completion of works), and in industrial environmental law (rehabilitation of industrial sites, decarbonization projects, waste law and extended producer responsibility).
Martin also assists clients with State aid matters (including the implementation of national programs, financing of public entities and public equity investments) and regularly advises on public sector financing transactions, including EMTN programs and structured products.
