Bignon Lebray announces the appointment of Tanguy Dubly as partner
Bignon Lebray law firm is strengthening its practice in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, through the internal cooptation of Tanguy Dubly.
Tanguy, now 34, began his career in the Lille office of Bignon Lebray as an associate. Being appointed as a partner is a recognition of Tanguy’s technical skills and human qualities, of his entrepreneurial spirit specific to Bignon Lebray and of his ability to work transversally with the firm’s departments. Faithful to its values, Bignon Lebray strives to promote its internal talents while renewing itself to offer the sharpest expertise.
In particular, Tanguy advises companies in all of their capital-raising, financing and restructuring transactions, including transfers or acquisitions, and in the drafting and negotiation of partnership agreements. He also counsels clients on the implementation of management packages for the benefit of managers and employees (free share grants, BSPCE, preferred shares, etc.).
Tanguy regularly advises start-ups, particularly in the health and food industry.
A graduate of SKEMA Business School, with a Master’s degree in Business Law and the lawyer’s professional certificate (CAPA), Tanguy was sworn in with the Lille Bar in 2012.
