Virginie joined Bignon Lebray in May 2024 as a partner in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity department.
She advises industrial groups and investment funds on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
She also handles restructuring, capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate and commercial law issues, particularly in health, life sciences, regulated professions, energy, media, hospitality, TMT, and new technologies sectors.
