Christophe Fichet, partner, and Adrien Morisse, associate, will share their methodology to conduct an efficient and strategic due diligence review for privacy and cybersecurity matters (“Cyber Regulations”) in the context of an acquisition in Europe and in France in particular.
Non-compliance with Cyber Regulations can result in substantial fines and must be considered in the financial valuation of a target or assets and/or the negotiation of appropriate representations and warranties
