BIGNON LEBRAY advises CAP HORN, as part of Worldia’s capital raising
Alban Van de Vyver, Partner and Hortense Diogo, Associate, have advised CAP HORN investment fund, as part of the second round of the raise of capital (primary and secondary operation) of Worldia, a B2B2C tailor made travel leader.
As part of this transaction, CAP HORN, Red River West and Raise Ventures have invested 19 million euros. This contribution will enable the Parisian startup to accelerate its international expansion, invest in its research and development and extend its offering.
Launched in 2013, Worldia has established itself in a few years as the leader of the travel a la carte thanks to a unique B2B2C positioning: to propose in white or gray mark platforms allowing any partner to distribute online trips fully customizable for their customers.
CAP HORN is a venture capital fund investing in European B2B digital startups. With a budget of 180 million euros, CAP HORN supports more than 25 companies. The team relies on its network of 250 corporate, institutional and industrial leaders to accelerate its investments commercially, providing them with direct access to the decision-makers in the industries they are transforming.
