The AFCDE was created on 6th October 1986 in collaboration with the Paris Bar. Bringing together French and Chinese experts on Chinese law (lawyers, magistrates, academics, company representatives), the AFCDE has continued to develop its scope and network since its creation, always striving towards its goal of deepening our knowledge of Chinese law, all the while respecting each other’s culture.
