Adrien joined Bignon Lebray in January 2024 as a senior associate in the Intellectual Property & New Technologies department at the Paris office.

He specializes in transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters in France and the EMEA region, covering:

  • Passive and active infrastructure, and electronic communications services (e.g., deployment of submarine and continental fiber, sale of telecom towers, assistance to TowerCos, New Space actors, HAPS operators)
  • Technologies (e.g., due diligence for the acquisition and sale of innovative companies, management of data requests and removal requests to data hosts, negotiation of development contracts, licenses, and integration of artificial intelligence software, assistance to ESNs, smart vehicle manufacturers, New Space companies, and metaverse platform providers)
  • Personal data protection and cybersecurity (e.g., due diligence for acquisition or sale, targeted advertising, commercial prospecting, use of cookies, health data management, handling of cyber-attacks and personal data breaches)
  • Media (e.g., negotiation of contracts for the transport of audiovisual content, management of requests for the removal of audiovisual content, accessibility of content platforms)
  • Compliance (drafting procedures for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, anti-corruption, internal reporting, assistance with international sanctions, and CSR matters).
