Holder of a recognized legal and economic training for handling crisis situations within companies, Félicien worked for three years as a collaborator in a firm of court-appointed administrators in the Paris region.

He then joined the Bignon Lebray law firm in January 2021, eager to leverage his experience in the service of the litigation and arbitration department, while contributing to the development of the Restructuring – Troubled Companies department of the Lille office.

With extensive experience acquired through numerous voluntary restructuring cases in the Hauts-de-France region, Félicien has also specialized in acquiring distressed companies through the commercial courts.

He primarily assists clients consisting of entrepreneurs, SMEs, and mid-size companies in their restructuring projects or external growth through the acquisition of distressed companies.

His in-depth expertise in insolvency law, combined with his mastery of accounting and financial documents, provide him with essential operational responsiveness in urgent contexts.
