Frédéric assists a clientele of medium and large companies in all their commercial activities, from the supply of raw materials delivering their products or services to the end consumer.

His areas of expertise, both as an advisor and a litigator, encompass competition law (mergers, agreements, abuse of dominant position), trade negotiations, price transparency and competition-restricting practices, distribution law, the negotiation and drafting of contracts and consumer law.

He has developed significant expertise in the agri-food, industrial, and general and specialized distribution sectors.

Before joining Bignon Lebray, Frédéric was part of Fidal’s economic law department, where he began his career in 2000.

In 2022, Frédéric was referenced from Option Droit & Affaire in international arbitration.
