Laurence Defontaine is a partner in the Real Estate & Property Management department of Bignon Lebray since 2001.

Laurence Defontaine advises real estate professionals on matters relating to various types of real estate assets, with a particular expertise in the management of corporate buildings and shopping centres (including rental and property management of co-ownerships). Her practice also covers all legal aspects surrounding the restructuring and refurbishing of office buildings, warehouses and collective housing.

Laurence has extensive experience and a highly regarded practice in the field of commercial leases, both in advisory and litigious roles.

In 2023, Laurence was referenced in Le Point in Property Law and recognized as a Best Lawyer, and in 2022 in Option Droit & Affaires in international arbitration.
