Tanguy joined Bignon Lebray’s Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions department as an associate in 2012 and was nominated partner in 2021.

Tanguy assists companies in all their fundraising, financing and restructuring operations, disposals or acquisitions, and in the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements. He also advises companies on the implementation of management packages for the benefit of managers and employees (free share allocation, BSPCE, preference shares, etc.).

Tanguy regularly acts on behalf of start-ups, particularly in the health and agri-food sectors.

In 2023, Tanguy is referenced from the LEGAL 500 EMEA ranking and from the IFLR1000 guide.
